You should receive an email confirming your appointment has been booked.
Please print and complete the relevant questionnaire that can be found on the “New Clients” page prior to your first appointment.
If you need to change or cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, please refer to the link in your original booking confirmation email. We request at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. If you cancel with fewer than 24 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to charge a $100 cancellation fee. We understand that circumstances beyond your control may come up, and we will do our best to be sensitive to that, so if you must cancel fewer than 24 hours before your appointment, please call or email us.
